I found this funny sprint retrospective template example on Twitter a while ago. We all know we’ve raised the issues below in our own retrospectives before… 😂😂😂.
Seriously though if you’re not going to act on the output of sprint retrospectives don’t bother holding them. It’s a complete waste of time.
… Also don’t feel the need to host them after every sprint because … agile!!!. Do what works for your team.
